To secure your booking, appointments are typically made in person, with a deposit required on the same day. It is recommended to provide reference material, as it helps us understand the desired style and size of your tattoo design. This ensures we can create a personalized piece that meets your expectations.
For custom and larger designs, we encourage you to visit our studio in person for a detailed discussion with our staff. Designing custom work requires dedicated time and attention to ensure the best possible outcome. By meeting with us directly, we can thoroughly understand your vision and create a design that meets your unique preferences and specifications.
We do accept appointments via telephone or e-mail but deposits will have to be bank transferred. Ideally, visit us in person to confirm a booking.
Please note that we do not offer body piercing at Body Art Tattoo Swansea.

The minimum deposit for each appointment is £20.00, although the exact amount may vary based on the specific nature of your booking.
Rescheduling Appointments
To reschedule an appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 3 working days’ notice; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that any deposits paid will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
